I use the 18lb blanket. I sleep more soundly and no longer wake up in the middle of the night.

I got the grey one, its soft and warm and no issues with the beading like other reviews for other weighted blankets on Target website. I got it on sale during the daily deals for Thanksgiving so I got an extra one for a Christmas gift!

Absolutely obsessed!! I have wanted a good weighted blanket for years! I caught it on sale before Black Friday & grabbed one for myself! Now I have gone back & bought one for my dad & one for my husband! Full price too because it’s so worth it!!

This is soft and seems like it will be durable. It is a medium sized blanket, enough for one person but will not cover queen/full size bed.
