Bought these for my granddaughter for a cowboy day at daycare. She absolutely loved them. I didn't know they lit up until after she put them on and walked around in them. They were adorable and made her whole outfit! I don't know much about comfort or feel of size because she is 3 years old. but they appeared to be the correct size from our perspective.
