My husband loves to cook. For quite a while he had been complaining about our knives, and threatening to buy new ones. So, I decided to surprise him with these for Christmas. I found them to be a good quality knife for a reasonable price. He recently told me how happy he is with the knives. He cuts rutabagas, large heads of cabbage, beets and other hard to cut vegetables. The knives really hold up to some tough cutting tasks. I decided to try slicing turkey with one of the knives; piece of cake. My husband says that the new knives have made food prep much easier. Now, he uses only these knives, for everything, all the time.
