only used 3 times and it deflates like crazy! Need to return its awful!

I first used this for staging my house for sale and it was exactly what I needed. But then I moved and attempted to use it as an actual mattress (not just for show) and it kept deflating. I just called about a replacement since it should still be under warranty and they're telling me none of the numbers I have on the owner's manual or receipt are valid to check if it falls under warranty. They said it would be on the box, but I had no reason to keep the box. So, it may be a good mattress for you, but remember to keep the box for when it doesn't work anymore.

I brought this last month and after 3 uses it keep deflating, I returned it and got the exact same one and same thing happened. It was deflating after less than an hour of use.

The pictures don’t show it but there is actually a bump for the built-in pillow. It’s on the same end as a built-in pump. I wish I had known that from the pictures before buying since you’re not able to return it if it’s not what you want you can only exchange.

This air mattress has only been used 7 times and now it is not staying inflated through the night. The the height and the auto inflate, but hate waking up to a flat mattress. Only use this mattress when I travel to my granddaughters twice a year. Bought in March.

It didn't last very long and because of the raised head area mattress protectors and fitted sheets won't stay on. The top has a light flocking, not like others I have had in the past.l that are thicker and hold onto heat. It's good for a few short uses but if needing for a guest staying for 2 weeks it sprung a leak that I couldn't find. Very frustrating...and a waste of money. You get what you pay for.

It was not a queen size but rather a full size bed. Very disappointed as I have had an exact one like it prior and it was true to its size as stated on the box: Queen. This one stated a Queen but got a full size instead. Will be returning it ASAP. I’m not sure why they would put a full size and state it a Queen. There is a big difference between the two.

Got this air mattress to use for when I have guests and when I travel. But after 2-3 uses there was a hole and it no longer stayed inflated. Loved the built-in pump and the height, but sadly even with careful storage and care it became faulty with little use.

I loved the feel of this the first night but the second time I used it, it had a leak & couldn’t find the leak! No way to contact customer service to get a replacement! Did this with 2 mattresses not just one! Frustrating!

It is comfortable but it did not even last for a year. It is deflated after 9months and I can't find any holes so I got to throw it away :-(
