As a chef apron, the top pocket of convenient for a cellphone but the two lower ones are not really useful. Bought this for my husband to wear whether he is grilling or helping me in the kitchen. Nice quality thick material that should hold well over time.

My son asked for a grilling apron with pockets for Christmas and he said this is everything he needs. He wore it at work when he was grilling for lunch and to start with he was getting some ribbing about wearing it but by the time he was done they had changed their tune and thought maybe they needed to get one as well.

This apron is not only sturdy with canvas and leather. It also is particularly comfortable to wear, since the strap criss-cross over the back. Washing it is a big of a challenge, but you can make do with spot cleaning.
