I was very satisfied with the apple I pad i was impressed on how fast I got it
The IPad had a very nice appearance, looked nearly new. My only and biggest problem is that Kindle is not compatible on the model I bought. That was actually the main reason I bought it. However, that is not the products fault. It was mine for not checking first to see if Kindle was an application that could be downloaded on the IPad.

I had to call Apple and they told me that the software and it needed to be updated and it's still not up to date it so I got to take it back to them again so they can update it again so not good
I don't like it it want let me down load anything. It keep asking 2 up date iso & I've done that & it's just done got on my nerves. Can i send it back for a replacement or my refund. Thank you,Valerie Williams
