Instructions on this were easy to follow. I have had other feeders that were really difficult to understand.The size is great and I love the ability to set 6 feeding times per day. It's very convenient. My cats are intrigued by the noise, but not scared. They are getting used to it but the switch from a regular food bowl has been easy.
I found the set up instructions to be very straightforward and easy to follow. I love the many features that make it feel very high tech but still simple. You can program up to 8 feedings in a 24 hr period, with up to 8 portions per feeding. 1 portion is only a few grams or something, but this means that senior or dietary restricted cats will get the exact amount of food at the perfect frequency. You can press a button to dispense more food at any time. My favorite feature is the lock button. I have a toddler who loves buttons and she would figure out those buttons quick if it werent for the lock button.
Behold my cat in the picture begging for some kibble next to the feeder. I love this! I have three cats and they usually wake me up early in the morning to feed them, so this saves me a few extra hours of sleep. It's sturdy, easy to put together (really you just plug it in) - one thing to note is that the charging port is going to be INSIDE the battery container...not sure why they did that but it's alright. You only need batteries OR to plug it in, but they recommend both in case of a power outage so you don't have to reset the timer.Good quality plastic, came with instructions. Cats love it, I love it!
This food dispenser is super handy to help make sure that our doggo gets fed on our busiest days. We have one upstairs and one downstairs so she never has to go far for a snack or meal. She's a big girl so we have it dispense 4 portions at a time a few times a day. Its easy to clean and refill.
I love this pet feeder! At first I was worried that it was going to take a while to learn to use, but the instructions are very clear and this saves me from having to rush home or wake up super early to feed my baby!! Great buy and I highly recommend it!
I love that you can set the exact amount you want dispensed and how often so if I need to leave town for work for a day or two I don’t need to worry about having someone come over to feed my cat. It plugs in but does have a battery compartment in case there’s a power outage or something. And it holds quite a bit. I’d definitely recommend.
