Great heating pad. Really soft, and fits around neck, shoulders and front of chest very well with the help of the magnetic closure. I actually use this while pumping as it keeps me warm in front. Heats up quickly and overall a great purchase for the price.

I recently purchased this for my 81 yo mom. She carries stress in her neck and shoulders. She was using a flat heating pad, and I knew from experience that it's hard those get those positioned just right. Wow! She raves about this product. Loves it! She said it's one of the best gifts ever! She has only had it a week, so hopefully this 5 star review will stand.

I love this heating pad. First it's soft, when it's hot or cool, no annyoing rigid plastic covere. It fits right on your shoulders and neck. I've also been able to wrap it around my upper arm, and I think It would work for my back too.
