The umbrella was sun faded within the first few months of using it. I’m sure after this summer the sun will cause holes because of the cheap material. This is definitely one of the most disposable items I’ve ever bought. Save your money.

Well I guess I got what I paid for. After having this for less than a couple of month, I was sitting outside and it just snapped, hit me on the way down and nearly broke my glass table. I am so disappointed. Cute umbrella. Wish it had held up.

This umbrella is very cheaply made and I would not recommend it. I have bought many umbrellas but for some reason 10 footers have not been good buys.

Loved the umbrella until a piece that holds one of the rods broke while cranking it open. Of course, there’s a 60-day warranty...so mine was past and therefore the company wouldn’t replace it. So if you think it’s worth it for 3 months of use, by all means purchase. Otherwise move on.

I had received this umbrella on April 8, 2020 and two of the ribs snapped and broke on May 18, 2020 from a gust of wind. I am extremely disappointed with the products quality given I only had a very short time. Either I received a faulty umbrella or they are very poorly made. I feel I should get a free replacement due to quality.

If I could write zero stars I would and I just did. Did not tilt with the cranks as stated. Always an angle never straight. The last straw that broke the camels back is that it stop cranking. Spend the extra money and a better umbrella, you will be very very happy

Nice color and easy to put together but came with a hole in it. I’m sure the home will continue to get bigger and bigger

I bought this in May. I used it 3 times and one of the poles broke. It does not open or close.

Had the umbrella up for one day, took it down at night, put it back up the next day and the tilt function was broken. The umbrella will tilt but it will not stay locked in the straight position. We'll keep it for a spare but will be purchasing something else ASAP. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WASTING MONEY ON THIS UMBRELLA
