I loved it at first but it broke just 3 weeks after putting it up! Now I'm getting no reply from seller about a replacement/return!

It was total garbage it was flimsy and blew over one time in a light wind and broke the rod I wouldn't recommend it I would rather spend more money and get a better product

This was only up for part of the summer. Very poorly supported at the ends. Crank is plastic cheap.

This thing is junk! One arm pulled through the cheap canvas when first opened, then one of the arms snapped. They offered a $7 refund. Really??? $7? Don’t waist your money

After 4 days of use it rips. Unfortunately we threw away the box for a return so we took the $50 loss. Horrible and flimsy! Cheaply made!!

Honestly a waste of money . Cheaply made and not worth it . Spend a little more for quality . The material was breaking frond the day of delivery

Horrible product. Had it 3 of these umbrellas. Within 1 month a small gusty of wind from a rainstorm broke 2 of them... not worth it

These are HORRIBLE. They fade and they are NOT made out of heavy duty steel. One of my umbrellas nhave broke TWICE at the end spot. A normal wind made it snap twice. They are not heavy duty. I will not buy these again

I purchased 8 umbrellas and 5 of them broke on me in less than 2 weeks. I’m not happy with the umbrellas and I’m requesting a refund. I tried sending them back the broken umbrellas but the shipping was way too much.

Worked well until a gust of wind picked up the umbrella and dropped it into my pool and a strut broke upon hitting the water. Then the crank mechanism exploded 2 days later.
