Sorry to say it’s broke.... 😢

Warning - do not press the button to tilt. I pressed just once and now the umbrella will not stay straight. There is no warranty on this item. If you buy it, never press the tilt button unless you want to use in the tilt position 100% of the time.

This blew down and broke after only a few months.

I have had this for a year. I bought a red one, and the color pretty much faded by month 3. Right now it's an awful pale dirty pink color.

It was misleading to state a 10 ft umbrella. The material on the umbrella is very thin and we had rain leak it several times. Very disappointed

This is not water resistant. We had a day of light rain, everything under the umbrella got wet from water coming thru the fabric. Great for shade but DEFINITELY NOT WATER RESISTANT!!!.

Had the umbrella up for a day opened it and a few hours later noticed the arm was bent. It was bent at the joint where the arm retracts. Hopefully this is not a defect. It is a beautiful huge umbrella that is no longer usable. They only way to return is to buy a box to return as the old one was discarded in the recycling bin. This is why i gave it an overall 2 star. I have 2 other umbrellas outside and no issues.

I should have believed the reviews on this one. The fabric is paper thin and the bars on the top are short and thin. I've bought umbrellas for my patio that have lasted 10 years. It's August now if this thing holds up through September I'll be shocked!

It was easy to set up. However, I only got about a years worth of use from it and it didn't get used often. The cable seemed to get caught up inside of the pole that lowers and raises the umbrella. It stopped working correctly. So in its final days I could not crank the sails down, and the wind easily ripped the cloth from its metal counterparts.

We ordered the green version which was very attractive in the back yard. Unfortunately, it broke within two weeks of receiving it. The umbrella broke right at the rotating point. Upon further inspection, it was constructed of lightweight aluminum. We believe that this umbrella would be fine in an area with little or no wind. We're in the hunt for a sturdier umbrella.
