If my return window had not closed, I would have definitely returned. Small and has the most uncomfortable strap.

I love organizer bags with lots of compartments and pockets but this one could use some work. The pockets are hard to fit think in and it’s harder and harder the more pockets you try to use that are next to each other. Could also be cuter this had a really grandma feel when I saw it in person and didn’t love that. Biggest drawback though was how noisy this bag is. All the outer zippers are a heavy weighted metal the just clang against everything! People can hear you coming a mile away because your zippers are just failing madly against each other. This one is big miss.

The size is nice as is the strap adjusting. The multiple zipper pulls rattle when you walk. They should take the noise into consideration when designing. The large pocket zipper catches on the corners making it hard to close. I would not buy again. I’d return it if I could.

The bag has two snaps. Neither of them stay snapped but instead constantly pop open. The snaps should at least be magnetized to keep them somewhat secure, but they're not. Also, the crossbody strap does not stay where you adjust it to. It slides and you constantly have to readjusted it. There are quite a few pockets but only a few of them are practical. Most of them are really not suitable storage for much of anything that isn't small and flat (like paper, or a concert ticket, or maybe a lipstick). There are like 5 zipper pulls that are pretty large. The rattle around and catch on things. The bag is a complete chore and not worth the money by any stretch.
