I got my set with rusted peices. And now my patio has rust spots all over. I'm very disappointed in this as I was looking forward to this set.

I received item and the box it came in was in complete shambles and in pieces taped up from the many tear in the box. Missing pieces and harvest. The only items that came in box was the table, the glass, and the couples sofa. Completely missing the entire 2 separate chairs!

Bolt holes do not line up. Several of the bolts were not threaded correctly and were so hard to get even half way in that they got stripped. So, I have a 3 seats and only one is actually put together correctly. Probably will not last 2 years. Would not recommend.

First off the box came all ripped up. Maybe they should use better tape to package the heavy item. 2nd there were no instructions, maybe it fell out of the box. It's not very difficult but still, trying to place the pieces together and then bolting it on... Well, there should be instructions of which bolts to place first because if you just bolt on any place, the holes won't align correctly. Which leads to my 3rd, even bolting everything correctly, they wobble.

I get a real sense of joy when putting furniture together. I had been watching this patio set for a while. To my surprise it went on sale and I purchased it. Package arrived in good time. The box was partially torn but nothing was damaged or broken. It's patio furniture so how hard could it be to put together? Well, this was by far the hardest set to put together for one reason and one reason alone, the screws and the allen wrench provided to get the screws into place. That whole patio set should have taken me less than an hour to complete. Instead it took me nearly 3. I've had better experiences with putting Ikea furniture together. This was terrible! Knowing what I know now, if given the choice to purchase again, I can honestly say I would not. My plan was to put the chairs together first. Quickly learned that if everything is not aligned perfectly you will have to start over from square one. I didn't realize that until I got to the last step and nothing was flush so I had to loosen the very first screws in order to get the last piece flush onto the chair. The second chair was similar but I had experience with the first chair so I learned what not to do. Now for the bench, good luck with getting the last two screws to fit. It will definitely take 2 people for those last 2 bench screws. As for the table, I'd learned from all the other pieces so it wasn't too bad. That allen wrench..... My goodness, my fingers are truly hurting as I type. The problem is, it was very difficult for the tool to catch in the screw. By the time it caught where I needed it, there was no place to swing it around. In other words there's very little room to move it before you have to start that process again. This would have been a much better experience if the screws were different and I could have used my power drill. It just took soooooo much time. I was very frustrated with that. Not a good experience at all.

This set looks great, but assembly was and is a pain. We spent two hours just putting together the chairs, and still had one screw in each that would not go in. The couch piece is still not put together because over HALF of the screws simply will not screw in. Some will start one or two turns and then will be 100% tight and won't go anymore, and others just won't catch and won't screw in at all. We have family coming in a couple days who will try to help but I'm not pleased with how poorly installation went.
