The media could not be loaded. I wish they would have given it more blowing power like my fan does. It took awhile for my bedroom to get cooled down. There is cool mist coming out and the noise is not too loud like my big fan is. There is no remote. The size to me is okay. The appearance is a tower. In the back bottom is where you place the ice pack that comes with it. Gets cool with that and that helps a little with performance. Just wish that it had more power. If it had a little bit more power that would be great. Got it for some money off. That is probably why there was a discount. Maybe company will come out with one with more power and hopefully they will let me test it out for a review. I am just being honest with this review.

The evaporative cooler function adds humidity to the air.

This has been a God sent to me! I am in a barn pole style outdoor market 3 days a week in the state of Florida, it is currently a 105° feels like temperature ... having this unit (even in a nearly outside setting) has made all of the difference for my world 🤩 I am quite literally not dropping one drip of sweat right now, that never happens here 😍 SO GRATEFUL ✨️ very low noise level, fantastic quality 👏 👏👏

It is the perfect size for a room 16 x 16ft. It actually got on the chilly side when on full power. Turned it down from 4 to 2 and it was great. Looks great and easy to fill.

The tube inside the Reservoir fell off after a couple of uses & water began leaking out of the bottom of the tower.My husband is going to fix it with some PVC Glue. He tried Gorilla Glue but it didn't hold either.There were only 2 spots of glue holing the tube in place.We will get it up & running again.This Summer is going to be a HOT one!

I LOVE this Arctic Air tower cooling fan. I suffer from Dysautonomia and deal with extreme heat intolerance so when my apt complex said I couldn't have an AC unit I was worried BUT I saw this fan while searching for cooling fans and decided to buy it. My caregiver can help me watch the water level for it and it is SUPER easy to use. My caregiver is even shocked at how cool it gets my living room, granted I have window fans in 1 of 2 of my living room widows each day and my other powerful fan on at the same time. So if you're looking for a cooling fan then you should consider buying this one!! You might want to have other fans available for hot days as well
