This is a nice fan , but the cooling system is just not great , the ice melts really quick and does not last much , and the air is not cool air is just like a breeze , I got this for my garage and even when being use with the door open is not great. I kept it because the fan function is good , no noise , the performance is nice . So if you are getting this keep in mind there is no much of cooling unless you are replacing the ice every 30 min and even then is not cool air . And mine did not leak water at all!! And I use daily.

the device looks like it works well, well see once i turn it on on the first hot day. i think id buy from the company again hopefully without the shipping lag in case i need something new and different. but a thanks for making this order work for me.

Even with the ice package, this product doesn't really cool the room much and the pack doesn't last long.

Well where should I start, worked fine for a while then I started hearing these random what sounds like light grinding noises. Well come to find out, this thing when Osclating is when it does it. Second thing is it started to randomly leak on the front and back not cool. I may decide to try another one and leave an update here, all I know is this is not kool 🤨🤨🤨

Does Not Cool Well

My expectations were higher, maybe because it was so hot, but I was disappointed. The room size is about a 14 X 14ft. Anything larger, and you might as well just purchase a good fan. If you use the second level artic function, it shoots water out the front violently. I purchased it , based on reviews and necessity, knowing I would be purchasing window units soon. Two or three really good fans would have sufficed. I have to add water constantly and refreeze the blue thing , at least twice a day, sometimes three. This item is good in an emergency, but you have to keep your door closed for full effect. I would advise 2 or 3 really good fans instead. Save yourself gallons of cold water, constant refreezing the blue thing, and a very wet carpet.

Sure it cools the room if the water in the reservoir is cold cold. The problem is for it to do so, the "mist" feature has to be on. It has saturated the floor because it's one steady stream of water being shot out verses mist.

This fan leaks when water and the ice pack are added to water level. The mist is cooling but gets all over the floor which could get very slippery. I always put a throw rug underneath. I should have gotten a regular tower fan instead.

Unfortunately, I was looking forward to this item. When arrived, I put it together and noticed all the water I poured in the back was dripping out on my floor. I did find the crack in the fan, and packed it back up to return. In doing so, I noticed a yellow label on the side of the package which read "This package contains defective merchandise." Why would someone send a defective package knowing it was defective. Not sure if I want to try ordering it again; there may be some other defective part inside.

Pleasantly surprised!!!! I read the reviews on this and was very hesitate but I was willing to give it a try. It blows out a descent amount of cool air and definitely helps. However the price is a little bit much for what it is but I do not regret this purchase. Hope this helps anyone who is interested.
