Day one, the first box arrives and we struggle with the allen wrench to insert the screws and tighten them. It is awkward, not difficult. Day three, the bright red mattress arrives. It looks great and is comfortable to lie on. I discovered that the two pieces zip together. I do use a round pillow if I am sitting up to fill in the back space.

Chair is stable easy to move with the wheels . Cushions are just ok The strings on the ends to tie them down came off the cushions rendering them useless

I love my lounger. Once assembled it's awesome. It is absolutely imperative that when you do the first stages you keep the bolts as loose as possible. The instructions said 50% but that was still too tight. We did a lot of loosening and then retightening. We bought several items and are very happy with the finished product. Just be ready for some struggles in assembly.

This lounger is beautiful and well made. It arrives in 2 boxes and my 2nd box, with the cushions, did not arrive the same day as box 1. I contacted the seller and they were very responsive. They sent a replacement and I had it within a week. Great customer service.

Overall, I think this is a good product. It’s made with quality materials, is sturdy and comfortable. It took two people to assemble it in just over an hour. I recommend checking that the resin wrapping isn’t covering any screw holes BEFORE you start. We just used a screwdriver to move the material away from the holes. We also needed some extra tools to attach the wheels. Other than that, it was a pretty simple process. When we raise the heads of the chairs, they are slightly out of alignment, but not enough be an issue for us. I do recommend purchasing a cover to provide protection from weather.

Not bad for the price was kind of a pain to put together one of the nut was stripped out but overall pretty cool

Great double lounger. Easy to assemble. The wicker was in good condition and no bends in the frame. My only complaint is with the cushions. The red started to fade within a month. 3 months later, they look more pink than red. Get the white cushions to avoid this.

Product is as expected. Simple look. Instructions are very small which makes mixing up or missing pieces easy. The Instructions change the angle you are looking at the item as you put it together. One looks from the right then the next step on the same piece looks from the left so need to keep tabs of that. I think this is what caused many people to have put parts together backwards. The 2 hour build time can be cut dramatically by using a drill, power ratchet, or hand ratchet with a 4mm allen attachment, as there are roughly 30 allen bolts. 4 stars due to unsure if it'll last
