This double lounge seems solid. Good quality. Reasonably comfortable.BUT!Assembly is a problem because the instructions are CONFUSING. Biggest problem: very, very Poor quality diagrams! Also, the manufacturer FORGOT TO DRILL TWO HOLES in one part of the product. Had to go to my neighbor's house and beg him to drill the holes for me. Nightmare!

Headline speaks for itself. Lounger arrived today but apparently no one thought to ship any actual cushions with it. Zero Stars

One star as you have to... should be none as expected product should arrive as promised. Received 2 boxes but missing the top half of the seating area (headrest is missing). The part that elevates. Also the cushions for the chair are said to be zipped together but delivered 2 cushions with zips on the same side so cannot be zipped. Quality control an issue. Really disappointing.

What a pain to assemble. None of the holes lined up so the bolts all stripped trying to get them in. I had to go to Home Depot to get more bolts and it took 3 of us to get the holes lined up. I was ready to pack it back up and sent it back. I reached out to the company and they wanted me to send pictures. No help at all.

This product did not hold up. I do not recommend it for consistently hot weather locations. It's been less than a year and the fabric over the thin cushions ripped because it's also so thin. To be fair, the Phoenix sun is intense. However, the lounger was covered frequently when not in use and still the fabric did not hold up. Additionally, the frame also rusted and the paint flaked off after the first couple months. I do not recommend this item.
