Q/C is disappointing! Preordered and received my copy on the release date. When I opened the case, the 2nd and 3rd trolls Blu-ray Discs had fine line scratches all around the reading side and the 2nd was badly scratched on the front. This was shrink wrapped so damage occurred in production process. Hopefully my replacement will not have the same issue!

Bought this collection in store. When I got it home, I noticed that the plastic was torn. Someone (in store) had stolen the digital code out of it. When I went to exchange it, all the copies they had also had the digital code stolen out of them. The manager told me that since it’s open, I couldn’t get a refund. Excuse me, the product was opened in YOUR store. Just be aware.
