After installation setup was a breeze, and the steps provided were easy to follow! After a few weeks (due to back problems), I was able to vacuum and was impressed with the suction. To compare it with my previous vacuum, by far, didn't stand a chance! It made our old carpets look new and the amount of dirt it picked up was impressive! Will definitely purchase this vacuum again!
