Works really well as hubby is losing weight so this belt seems to really help.

This had a sharp burr on the inside, be sure to file that. Otherwise, for the size, it fits. It has a lot of stretch, so it might seem too short at first. Though there are times I have to tighten it a few times to get it totally on. I like these because you can adjust them all ways. But if you do have weight on the belt, it will drag your pants down.

Booth this belt for my husband. This is a cut to fit belt so don’t cut belt too short or you will be unhappy. It comes with instructions.

I need belts with flex for my spinal stenosis. This is just what I was looking for.

Belt looks good and fits good. As a 34 waist actually more like a 33, I followed the recommendations on sizing and purchased a small. When put on and stretched to where it is comfortable the end just barely goes through the loop n the belt. So if you are a large 34 get the medium, there is no way the small would fit a 35 or 36 waist comfortably.
