This is a perfect shower head! The pressure that comes out is amazing. The wand is great for both the ladies and the gents and works well for those harder to reach areas… the pressure is great from both the main head as well as the wand. The different modes on the main head are great! I love the massage function. Have had this for several months already and no leaks or issues whatsoever. This is a very high quality and amazing product! Highly recommended !

It’s worth every penny! I don’t know what this does to the water but after installed this but it gave me amazing water pressure. You can have both spouts on at once which turns my shower time into a full spa wash. It was super easy to install and be sure you read the directions.

This shower head is great! I love all of the settings available on this. You can chose to use just the hose, just the shower head, or both with just the turn of a knob. On the shower head itself, there’s also another adjustment that allows you to change the flow of water on the head-this is where you can choose the massaging settings. The hose is nice and long-good for rinsing thick hair, and for rinsing down the shower walls. Good price for a shower head that does so much!

It was super easy to install the different settings on the primary head or just perfect. And the wand is also great, especially trying to rinse my shower. It also has really great water pressure. The pressure in my apartment's not that great but this takes care of that easily.

I have not used this product yet. The company is sending me a part that I need for it before I can install. But based on what I know about Waterpik products, I am not worried at all about how happy I will be with this shower head. The customer service is what I want to review. I am amazed, and in awe about the care that I received both times I called this morning. Not just the amazing kindness, and willingness to help me out. But also the “above and beyond” stellar service I received! They’re shipping to me everything I need, and then some! I don’t deserve this. Lately, it seems like Customer Service is not really a thing anymore. This company proves me wrong on that. I cannot wait to get what I need to install this new shower head. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Have had this product for a few months now. So pleased with it. The different settings on the stationary shower head are nice. Plenty of water pressure in the both the stationary shower head and hand-held piece. Makes tasks like washing my hair and cleaning the shower stall a breeze.
