Just a few words I want to share, where have you been all my life. I bought one from one store but I remember seeing this one in my search. I ordered it online, arrived in 2,days, is installed in 10 minutes. This is by far one of the best purchases I have made in my entire life. It has 12 levels and the best one for me was the massage warm water on my neck after sitting for hours at a computer, In my opinion EVERY household needs one of these. Take my word for it, I am as picky as the day is long and type OCD, YES I claim it. Order one,two , three for all of your showers and you have my word, YOU WILL. NOT BE UNHAPPY, trust and believe. This is my third Waterpik shower head and it never disappoints. It's solidly constructed and has a nice chrome like finish. It's light and easy to install. Installation took 5 minutes. It took longer to take off the old shower head than install the Waterpik. The water pressure setting are great. There are several different setting, so there's one for you. The handheld is a nice addition and for some necessary or a must. You can use the handheld for your body, hair, for pets, your child, and more. It makes the showerhead very versatile. You don't know how convenient it is until you use it. Overall, it's a great upgrade to your showerhead if you have a regular one. It's well worth the upgrade. This shower head system is fantastic! I love using the PowerComb to rinse my hair, it's like a mini head massage. The different settings on the head are great for tense muscles or just relaxing after a long day. The long hose makes cleaning the shower while I am in it a breeze and when my dog jumps in our pond, I can use the wand to give her a quick rinse too. The fact that the hose is metal seems it would be less likely to leak. It really does give my tiny shower a bit of that spa-like experience. Only two drawbacks I see (which I view as minor) are I wish the wand had some options on sprays, and I prefer a less shiny finish on my fixtures. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
