Ate 1 gummy every night to promote muscle recovery on days I did exercise. True enough, my muscles did not ache as badly the next 1-2 days and I could continue exercising.

Ayudan a que te de el sueño, sabor agradable pero no comas de más porque dan dolor de cabeza. Hehe comprobado.

My 6 year old has struggled to sleep for years. We have changed diet, room, temperature, pajamas, routine, everything. I have been super hesitant to use anything with melatonin. I really wanted to wait until he was older to try it. After several weeks of bedtime struggles, I saw these on sale. I figured I could try them. He slept so well!!!! No fuss laying down, no 400 books, water, bathroom trips or getting into his brother's stuff, no finding him in the kitchen at 3am into cookies! He woke up alert and ready for the day with no groggy feelings afterward.

I have pretty regular migraines & headaches which largely are caused by my quality of sleep. I’ve tried melatonin in the past and just felt so groggy I couldn’t use them. These are a whole different story! I get a terribly stiff neck and shoulders and I genuinely feel like the combination of muscle recovery and melatonin gives me a great nights rest. My neck feels great and I’ve slept the best I have in a while. The dosing is definitely something you need to figure out for you though - 1 to 1 1/2 is plenty for me. 2 left me pretty groggy the next day and I ended up taking a 5 hour nap in the middle of the day.
