The media could not be loaded. I have the old Revlon blowdryer brush & wanted a new one as I think the old one is on its last legs. Revlon has changed many things, which imho they shouldn't have: 1) the base is wider & less comfortable to hold; 2) they've moved the settings so that you move through Cool (which blows out as hard as the High setting) before getting to low & high; 3) they've increased the wattage, which is better for drying hair, but not as good for styling it, even on low; 4) the hair blows outward, as. other reviewers have mentioned (& my video shows). When filming, I was holding the phone with one hand & the blowdryer brush with the other, but even with two hands the results are the same--you have an outward flip of the hair, even when trying to roll it under. This product might be worth it (even with the issues 1-3 that I have with it if you could at least style your hair. The main reason one buys a product like this is because it's so difficult to roll your hair around a round brush & hold the blowdryer by yourself. But if you can't style with this, what's the point of having it? It's going back. The only good change they made was increase the length of the cool tip at the end of the brushes.

Reviews were right - doesn’t hold short or fine hair. Good air flow and gets hot - but somehow still not effective

If you have thick hair, you might want to avoid using this product. There is no temperature control (like with curlers or straighteners where you can choose how much heat is applied to your hair). The “smoothing concentrator” barely blows out any hair (like i said for people with thick hair), I’m assuming I didn’t get the same results as other individuals because my hair is so thick, I did see another review that said the brush is a good first step before using a curler or straightener but i feel i get better results just using my blow dryer with a normal brush. I feel like this is a good product for people with thin hair, little kids that don’t like that much heat near their scalp (that was my favorite part) that when using the brush it did not feel like it was burning my scalp like other hot tools. But I know some of you are thinking “you get what you pay for”, so I haven’t decided if i’ll be returning or keeping this product, but since it makes my hair frizzy then i’ll probably end up returning it. Oh another thing I’m not sure if this would be considered “easy to use” because you do need to feed your hair into the brush.

I've been using this model for years and they've made improvements, but I've found this one is very hard to get the attachments off, which led to my last one breaking.

I tried all the attachments. I don’t feel the brush attachments gets a good grip on my hair close to the roots. I don’t use any attachments any more. I like it as a blow dryer that blows my hair so it looks like I have a perm.

First, let me clarify that I do not live in the United States, so I must ensure that whatever I order will function properly, or so I hope because returning to my home country is more expensive than purchasing an item. Having said that, it took me a few weeks before purchasing this kit. For starters, my hair isn't as long as the models for all hot air kits, but I didn't want to feel isolated if you know what I mean! OK, so after all of my research and reading, this was the first one to offer a kit for short hair, imagine my surprise and even more when I checked the price, this is a steal. Then I bought it and waited for it to arrive in my country. I received it after two weeks in transit/customs clearance, etc. I proceeded to wash my hair, do all the necessary preparations before using the dryer, and then style it, and when I was ready to use the kit, I placed the small 1" brush and it didn't work, then I placed the larger 1 1/2" brush and it didn't work because the bristles do not hold my hair, I must keep my hand on top of it to make it work. Usually shouldn't be a bad thing, but the barrel gets too hot and it hurts. Well, I will keep using it and if maybe I did something wrong today, I will return and provide an update.

Not enough grip with brushesMade hair frizzyGave it a 3 star because if work with you may get a style and depends on hair texture. The price point is about right. The bristles are way to soft to do much.
