Too often, there's an awful lot of moist/wet powder still left in the pod after the brewing cycle. It's a pain to then have to peel open the top of the pod to scoop out the remaining hot chocolate powder into your cup. I thought perhaps striking the pod on the counter several times and then shaking it to loosen the powder would remedy the issue but it didn't. I also was not impressed with the flavors. To me they're not true to the original candies, although the Junior Mint comes close. I don't recommend them, nor will I be purchasing more of this kind.

Sadly, I'm disappointed with this brand. I was expecting a sweet minty fresh dark chocolate flavor, but it did not deliver. It does have a pretty decent dark chocolate flavor, but I had to add sugar to drink it, because it was too bitter for me ( my personal preference). But, I didn't smell or taste anything remotely minty. I was very excited when I saw a hot chocolate that was named after the candies I loved to get at movie theaters since childhood, some 50 years ago. But that expectation fell flat with the second sip, when I realized there wasn't even a hint of mint. Im not sending it back, because its "ok", but the problem is, its JUST ok, and for the price, I expected more. I would have been better off with Swiss Miss. So, of you like DARK CHOCOLATE, this is for you, but don't expect to taste any mint. I will try a different brand in the future

The contents of these k-cups is quite tasty. Not watered down like other hot chocolate k-cups, minty, creamy. It's good.BUT, and it's a pretty big but, these clog my machine 100% of the time. After I've had one of these hot chocolates, the next time I go to use my Keurig I get a high pressure warning. That basically means the needle is clogged. The machine stops after destroying the k-cup in use and sometimes spurting liquid over my kitchen, and the only way to fix it is throw the cup in the trash and clean the machine. It's a waste of time and k-cups. I never got this error message before using the Junior Mints hot chocolate cups.So now to enjoy these I open the foil, pour the grounds in my cup, and add hot water. Not really what I was hoping for.

They are ok....... But it was like drinking hot sugar.

I bought these for my Keurig but I have to add extra cocoa to make up for the lack of flavor. I use it at the smallest oz setting (8 oz). It is too bad because I like the variety of flavors (except the toosie roll which has an unpleasing taste).

Bought theis and was excited to try them but there is barely any taste. It's watery chocolate and smells like strawberry. Nowhere near as rich tasting as say Swiss Miss.. Very letdown by this flavor

This is a great idea, but to me they all tasted the same except for the junior mints. They are super chemically tasting in my opinion.

This Junior Mint Cocoa is is about the same as what one would get if you mixed cocoa powder with water. To get a creamy cocoa one normally needs to use milk. That said, you can get a creamy flavor with this product if you add half & half.Serving size is one cup ... aka 8 ounces. We tested it at several settings, and yes, 8 oz is best, so be sure to set your Keurig for 8 oz. If you do a 12-ounce pour it's too weak tasting.PROS:+ A creamy chocolate flavor if you add some half-and-half like you would to coffee.+ Easy way to make a cup of cocoa.CONS:- Laden with chemicals. The ingredients list has only three things recognizable as foods: Sugar, cocoa, and salt. Everything else is chemicals, such as aspartame, corn syrup solids (a dextrose sugar), and surprisingly, the #1 ingredient is non-dairy creamer, another concoction of chemicals that includes sodium silicoaluminate (which contains aluminum). The product also contains phenylalanine. If the chemicals don't bother you, this is an easy way to get a tasty cup of minty cocoa. If you prefer to avoid chemicals like this or if you have an aspartame sensitivity, you might reconsider. We had a few cups, but after examining at the ingredients list, our box will be parked in the pantry. If guests want cocoa and say yes after looking at the ingredients, we'll serve 'em up a cup.NOTE: When using this product, be sure to set your Keurig for cocoa. It handles the contents of the cup differently, and it WILL matter. We're giving it a three star rating for the flavor out of the cup without any half & half, but rounding down to two stars because of all the chemicals.

The taste is awesome - when you can get a cup! The problem is it clogs the keurig. At first I thought it was my machine - so I took it apart and cleaned it - but it kept happening and only with these. If I use any other k-cup - even another brand of cocoa, it doesn't clog up. I thought it might be the sugar but like I said other cocoas with sugar don't clog the machine. I even gave a few to friends to try to see if it did the same thing on their machines and it did - you get about a 1/4 of what you should for a normal cup. I've tried it on lower and higher water settings and no matter what you just get less. Stinks! I won't waste my money again unless they fix it. Too bad cuz like I said, the taste is amazing!
