Box arrived crushed with several broken k-cups. After pics of shipping material and box was provided, I received complete refund. K-cup material seems to be too thick and pod doesn't puncture completely so only get a VERY small cup of hot chocolate. I wouldn't order again.

Flavor is very good, but these do not work in a Keurig coffee maker as advertised on side of box. Says they're Keurig compatible. Not. Sensor on machine gives "incompatible" message. But they can be easily opened and blended with hot water or coffee.

Has a funky flavor. My teenager doesn't like them and he eats everything.
