I’ve used 4 of these so far and 3 have clogged up the brewing system so that I had to restart the process. I recycle the pods and those three had a significant amount of the cocoa mix left in the pod after brewing was done.On the plus side, the cocoa tasted good. I may just start opening the pods, dumping the mix into the cup and then use the Keurig to add the hot water…

Unfortunately these cups get plugged up more than any I have ever used. It appears to me that the powder does not resolve enough with the hot water. The powder turns thick and fudgey and stops up the lil dispensing tube. There is a lot of undissolved mix left in the bottom of the cup when the process stops. I tore the foil off the top of one just to see it.

I like taste of this hot chocolate. I don't like that the cup does not seem to empty, therefore lacking some chocolate in my cup. I have tried shaking cup before inserting so that all powder is loose but it always seems to clump and not empty. Also several times the cup clogs and overs in my machine. I think its the clumping of the powder blocking the hole that causes back up. Probably won't purchase again because of the mess but it does taste as expected

Other reviews were correct. My first cup resulted in weak cocoa with most powder sludged up in the K cup. For my second, I opened the k cup and emptied the powder into my mug and then just ran water through the machine using the optional accessory. Came out fine. Easy peasy. But the cocoa is still not very strong. Or very minty. And, imo, certainly nothing like Junior Mints. Price is good, however, and I will certainly enjoy my remaining cups, though probably not order again. That is just my take.
