I just recently had breast reconstruction surgery (Diep flap) using my tummy to reconstruct breast. I needed some compression on my tummy, and I needed them to be well above my hip to hip scar. These are perfect and they are very comfy. I will purchase more.

I am 5’5” and skinny fat (I’m naturally skinny but I love McDonald’s, if that makes sense). I weight 130lbs and wanted this to make my tight dresses look better after a night of eating and drinking. I really like this. It’s comfortable and since it’s not shorts, it doesn’t roll throughout the night. I ordered a small and I think I should have gotten an extra small, even though I’ve never been an extra small anything in my life. So I would say size down one.

I bought like 10 different varieties from different brands to see which ones would work best under my wedding dress - and these were the only panties with tummy control that actually flattered my figure without creating a muffin top. These work almost as well as the Spanx variety that goes all the way under your bra, but are a lot more comfortable to wear and put on, and do tuck in your tummy as promised. The results aren't mega dramatic (you probably need a waist trainer for that!) but I think this is the best as it gets without a heavy duty corset, and I can see myself wearing these even after my wedding under dresses and stuff.

I have always been thin and prided myself with a flat tummy. Now, in my "older" years I have developed a rather pouchy tummy. Regular briefs are very uncomfortable at the waist and "roll". These briefs ride high just under my bra and DO NOT ROLL. My pants fit better and when I sit the briefs do not roll but stay put. Love these panties. It's wonderful to have my figure back!

I like they are not to your bra. Just a high waisted underwear. Fits nicely and very comfortable. I highly recommend these. I got LARGE size . I am 5ft 4in 160lbs.

I LOVE these panties. I am A size 12-14 weigh about 210lbs. I’m an athletic build and have gained some weight over the last year, thus creating a tummy pooch. These are PERFECT! They are comfy and they hit me right at the perfect spot so they’re not so high that they roll down when I sit down. They smooth out my tummy so I’m more confident wearing tighter dresses and rompers without weird lumps. They’re not too tight that they’re uncomfortable for all day wear. I wear the Large, but have also purchased a few mediums for when I need a little more smoothing and support. They work great, not as comfy, but for fine for special occasion dresses and tighter fitting clothes that require a little more “flattening”. I have bought like 15 pairs. They are quickly becoming my everyday underwear.

I don't really like anything that reminds me of granny panties, but... if you can get past that- these are the type of panties which will help smooth your line under your form fitting garments. If you are a size 0-4 you probably don't need these. For anyone that is size 8 and up- these may be beneficial to you to help give you that NPL look ;-) Who needs lines? My point, exactly. I did order up a size, to avoid any tendency to muffin top phenomenon. They are very comfortable and not a line to be seen. Five stars and much cheaper and nicer thinner prettier material than the famous brand S...X. Which looks like elastic. Just saying, no one will freak out when they see you in these.

I’m overweight and in the process of losing weight. I typically don’t wear underwear while home, but I purchased this specifically to wear in the house. I don’t like the feel of my stomach “just hanging” & thought it would be beneficial to wear some type of compression panty This serves that function perfectly. Almost feels like a hug for my stomach, but not so restricting that it’s uncomfortable. It’s not something I’d wear for support outside the house, as I’d opt for something that offers more compression. But for what I need it for, it definitely serves it’s purpose & I’ll be purchasing another one

I’ve recently discovered Maidenform’s undergarments. As a middle aged mommy my tummy just isn’t what it used to be. These panties are exactly what I was hoping for! They smooth my muffin top and there are no panty lines. Love them under my high waisted jeans. I look 10 lbs lighter! I purchased the nude for versatility and plan on purchasing the black as well. I am still undecided about how I feel about these underwear I am the type of person that likes wearing high-rises. But these do not flatter my body style since I do wear them pretty high rise it makes my mommy pouch bulge out which is something I don’t feel comfortable with and makes me feel insecure. The whole purpose of me buying these was so it can help the mom pouch maybe if the tightening part was thicker it would cover full tummy area.
