Purchased this one after my trusty Calphalon pan had lost the non-stick surface and was regularly burning items. A week in so far of use, and I am loving it! I've cooked chicken, sauces, and sandwiches in it thus far, and all have been an ease to cook. The cleaning process couldn't be easier! Will be carefully following the suggested cleaning info listed to keep it nice looking.
have used this particular style pan in 8" for 3 yrs, love it! it is now showing some age, just ordered another 8" - now also ordering the 12" for hubs.....they are long lasting, used on both gas and electric glass top, dont use extremely high heat on either, when cool rinse with warm soapy water and dry - I NEVER put mine in the dishwasher - dishwasher will turn stainless yellowish. LOVE these pans! like the way the bottom is FLAT, why its great on the glass top
Quality is evident in the weight and finish.
Nonstick coating doesn’t last very long. It’s not particularly durable and develops pockmarks, even with handwashing. At this price point it should last longer than a few months
