The battery department came with cheap batteries that I thought was dead initially, but after I replaced them with the best AA batteries. It still didn't work. The lights or sound never came from the walker. It's garbage and don't waste your time nor money on this crap. Starting a return to purchase another one.

The cross bars on the side of the walker offer the convenience of folding the walker up, but they also offer an opportunity for the child to push themselves out of the walker. My 9 month old is not yet walking on her own and just recently used the side bar as leverage to push herself out of the walker and fell. I was watching her use the walker from across the room and she found something she couldn't reach. I saw her try to strain and reach it and then she began to use the bars to push herself out. I ran to her but she fell before I could get there. Happily she was not hurt but I won't be trusting this thing again.

The music box DOES NOT WORK already assembled and if I try to take it apart it will bust!! The seat is very sketchy as well

Wheels don’t turn as easily for babies.

The media could not be loaded.  The red pointy thing on the is dangerous 😳 , it's just has being one week since I had it and I had to stop using it. You would make something for babies with pointy stuff on there.my baby keeps having accidents and I only had it one week even poke him in the eye and mouth. Not safe

Harms the baby’s back, we noticed that eary and threw way.

The front plastic wheels feel very cheap, and make turning from side to side/steering the front in any direction really difficult. The plastic wheels just scrape and scoot against the floor instead of rolling. If it had at least worked on vinyl/smooth flooring I’d give it a pass for not working on carpet since that may have been my oversight- I didn’t do my research and assumed it would work everywhere. But it doesn’t work on non-carpet flooring either.The lion toy and steering wheel click tightly in place for each minor movement, and take adult-level effort to move at all.

Baby walker after multiple weeks of using it and especially if you have a wood floor it leaves the floor scratch and ugly. This is also not save for the babies because they hurt the babies it is not safe at all and not good quality for the price.
