These socks are the warmest socks I have found,,,especially trying several others that 'claim' to keep your feet warm. These socks not only keep your feet warm, but also are the most comfortable socks I have tried. They are made from some sort of material that is very soft and playable, and the 'warmth' keep your feet warm all day and night. I live in Florida so many people probably think "Why would you need them?" Well, in Florida the houses and condos are made on top of concrete, and just the ground below without any insulation. The problem is if you live on the first floor like I do, the coolness of the concrete make the floor very cool. If you walk around with regular socks and are not wearing shoes, the floor stays very cool. These socks obviate this problem and keep your feet warm all day and night. If you are looking for very soft and very warm socks, without being too hot, these are the socks you want. Hope this helps you.
