The media could not be loaded. You need this!!! At first I was a little hesitant but after using it to remove chocolate & other foods from our kitchen chair I was amazed. I have two little kids that are always making a mess and this comes in handy. I also used it on our rug after our oldest had the stomach bug and it worked amazing.

I have cleaned my vehicle carpets, mattress, sofa, loveseat, and dining room chairs. When I say cleaned, I couldn’t believe how disgusting the water was. Very easy to use, cleans well, and a great value for the money.

Machine works well.Was there supposed to be more than one tool head. The video shows multiple tools but only one came with unit.

Helps remove dirty spots

I love this little machine for my random carpet/couch/pet/toddler stains. It really works well, esp on newer stains. It is easy to use and pretty portable. My main complaint is that it's hard to rinse out the two liquid containers on either side. I rinse them with water after use but the area to drain the water is not at the bottom so it's really hard to get all the water out and there is an annoying puddle that sits inside (I just want it dry so there is no mold build up when i store it away all assembled together). I'm also a little confused that the sprayer is only washing liquid and no water rinse so you just keep washing/suctioning but it seems like nothing really rinses it at the end? But there is no indication to do this and hey it works so that's ok!

This stain would not come out and one try with this machine and it was out.

This cleaner did a great job cleaning and removing stains on my carpet from my senior daschund. Great price and it does a wonderful job of cleaning in a very short time.
