I’ve bought 3 and all broken because they are not waterproof and they leak and get wet! I’ve emailed the company to no avail.

Used it one day and next morning liquid disinfectant was leaking from the unit and shorted out the battery. Bottom line for the money paid very disappointed. Need to return but missed the return window. Maybe mfg will send another?

When I let off the trigger a shot of fluid comes out the barrel. That fluid ran down the grip and into the battery tray which casued it to short out. I sent it back, still haven't heard anything from the company, it's been a week. I would not recomend this item.

Came in filled it up about halfway with disinfectant, worked great as advertised. After using it all the disinfectant leaked out overnight down through the battery.Sent it back and got a replacement and it was exactly the same - filled it up, used it - Worked as advertised - overnight all the disinfectant leaked out through the battery.Returned it too and gave up.

It worked amazing! for about a month and some change. I read the reviews thinking I could avoid the pit falls of the other broken ones. I drained so it did not leak. I made sure to disconnect the battery. Left the battery and machine inside. I never stored it out doors. I treated it with the upmost care as I possibly could, still it stopped working.

The grey nozzle broke 2 weeks after use..I returned it within my return window and Amazon replaced it for free...then the second machine broke again ..the same exact piece( gray) nozzle. This time the return window passed so I was unable to return it. A waste of money

I paid around$300 for the very first model.... It leaked all over everything... contacted the company direct. They were very nice, and they offered the upgraded model , with extra seals for the problem that I was having. If I would delete the negative rating. Never heard from them again.... I cannot go into someones home , and leak stuff all over their floor. Battery is corroded from leaks, and cannot even turn off the machine, without removing the battery Now.

This is the second time I have tried this brand and the second was even worse than the last. Battery stopped working after 1month. No water damage, it just stopped charging. I was very careful to dry and clean the unit after used and it still crapped out. Really disappointing as this is advertised to be used in a gym environment. They do not last. From the moment I got it, I had to tip it forward to get it to work. Money out the window.
