I bought this microwave as an open box item. A very pleasant arrival. It’s in perfect condition, works beautifully and is as described. Such a great deal!

Is really easy to take the child lock protection just press 7 then 9 then hold on the unlock button like for 3 seconds until it beeps and in the screen off the microwave Will say Ulock. I love it is not small or big.. is the perfect size for my counter.

It is very easy to disable the child lock. Just hit 7,9, and then hold in the unlock button until the display says ULOCK and your done! Super easy to do!

It's a beautiful Cuisinart microwave. It was brand new in a closed box. I was worried it might be opened or even used at someone's home. It was still in its original wrappings. I'm delighted. It works perfectly and really heats up quickly. And it was half price of what Best Buy & others charged. However, I didn't receive any updates at all after I ordered it, so I had to be patient and trust the process. I'm glad it turned out so well!
