Love how small and easy to clean this is. Had a hard time getting through ice but it eventually got through. Got scared I bought a recalled product but i checked the serial number on their website and mine is good. very happy and excited to use this more :)

The product was great, until a product safety recall in December 2023 has left me without a blendjet since January 2024 with little to no communication. So don't trust them to make reliable products and follow through with recalls.

The blendjet company is a scam. They recalled the blendjet that catches on fire back in January 2024 and have not yet sent replacements as promised nearly 6 months later !!! Customer service does not respond. Out $100 dollars for 2 useless blenders and all 14 given as holiday gifts to friends and family members holiday 2023 are all still awaiting replacement. Do not buy this brand.

Do not buy! I have purchased 4 blendjets and they had to be recalled and that was in January. I still don’t have my replacements. These blenders are not good, but the customer service is the worst. They just tell you to wait without and care that I haven’t had what I paid for. They say buy a new blender jet and you will have it tomorrow… think about that. I should have 4 already but they don’t care about that. Smh disappointed by them.
