This massager works so well. It’s exactly what I was looking for , for my sore neck and shoulders.

It does a pretty good job at massaging but it works better for your neck than your lower back. And it is suppose to be heated but never did feel it getting warm.

Amazing power and actually puts a rub on. Used it on wife's neck and back, she loves it.

I am very disappointed it has to be plugged into computer to work. I certainly would not purchase again even for the fantastic price. It is well made. A little difficult for me to get adjusted so I'm comfortable using it. Will keep trying.

Don't waste your money. It worked once for 15 minutes as stated. After that, it would work less than a minute.
