I played with 2 7 year olds, a 9 year old, 11 year old and their mom. We all enjoyed the game.

We have family visiting soon and I wanted something besides TV to do in the evenings. I ordered this game in hopes we could have some friendly competition.I think it will be very successful, especially with the younger three (ages 9, 9, and 15).The magnets are very strong. I tried to line them up for pictures, but they constantly "grabbed" each other. That will make the game especially fun.This is not an expensive game, less than $20. It comes with the instructions, a cord to create the playing shape, 20 magnets (magnetic rocks??), and a carrying bag. It will be traveling with me when we go on family trips or even family meals.This rapid paced game would be great to keep children entertained while waiting for food in a restaurant. It could be used in a tent, on a camp table, anywhere you go for fun. It requires no electricity or batteries - just the magnets and players.Great stocking stuffer for kids from 8 to 80.

This is a very clever game. Its simple but yet fun and exercises the mind. The game play isn't long, which is great so it stays intense from beginning to end with anticipation of who will get rid of all their magnets without attracting any. In my opinion the magnetic pull and push is very strong, which makes for a great game. I played with each of my sons that has varying age difference from 18 years to 10 years, and all of them was into it. I see this being a hit at Thanksgiving this year, we have a huge family and we love competitive games during that time. My only issue with this is the instructions. It kept talking about a sponge. Sponge this, sponge that. And im like what sponge!!!! The box clearly says the contents isInstructions x1Game rope x1Collection bag x120 magnetsThere is no sponge, no inner tray! This is the mini game so it doesn't have those things, maybe in the large size magnet game but not this one. So plz don't get caught up in the sponge. I looked up a YouTube video and saw the sponge and what it looks like and its in the larger games.
