Almost a ¼ of the product is gone. They seem to know this happens frequently because they put it in a plastic bag.

As soon as I opened the box. It was all inside the box. Dripping out of the bottle and package. I should’ve just gone to Sally’s to purchase it cheaper and have all the product inside. This isn’t ok.
