I used them on a couple of international flights. The noise reduction with the power on is fine. The powered mode also seemed to help with the in-flight movies to add bass that wasn't there with regular head phones.

I purchased my set about 10 years ago and purchased another set for my son for an international airline trip. His set is about the same as my set. Noise cancelling is above average and much better that the free ear buds that the airline gives. Sound quality is average; no significant stereo quality and volume control. Good for the price. Most headphones costs close to/over $100.

Got this for my son. He is still using it and I have not head any complaints.

I'm actually hard of hearing and these headphones worked so great on the airplane! They're comfortable and easy to pack up and store in your carry on!

I use the headphones for praticeing guitar. I like that they have a sound booster.will buy again,as a matter of fact this is my second pair

Nothing special, just good-quality headphones for a reasonable price that lasts a good while. Skip if you're an obsessive audiophile, but it's more than enough for the rest of us. Will definitely buy again.
