Great gift

Sofar I have used the roller once and it seems fine. I can't imagine why I didn't have one befor this----perhaps it wasn't advertised earlier---

My friend had been looking for this item and I bought if for her birthday. She was very pleased.

I received this… here it goes: first off, I don’t know where this item comes from..but NO instructions in English. Why should that be a problem? Well, I proceeded to put in the batteries, and it immediately turned on. Wow…wasn’t ready for that! I tried to turn it off, but couldn’t figure out how! This is where instructions in English would have been helpful. Well, I looked at the pictures included with the (non-English) directions, and it seems that I should be able to turn it on and off by twisting the top part of the stick. Well, IF that had worked, I wouldn’t be having this discussion. Problem is, it won’t twist or turn..to save my life! so, I am forced to unscrew the battery case base to turn this thing off! Of course, all the batteries fall out when I do this! But, apparently, this is the only way that can turn this “on or off”. It does seem to do a fairly good job of smoothing out the bottom of my feet, but, honestly, I can’t really back this product. Sorry,
