On an average day, it lasts about 16 hours, and on more active days with more sweating, it lasts around 8 hours. The spray is clear and doesn’t leave any residue behind.However, I’ve noticed that while using it, it doesn’t help with pit stains. Most of my white shirts have yellow pit stains when using this deodorant. When I switched to the aluminum-free version, those stains were significantly reduced.
