EndlessID Card is a smart and stylish medical Card that stores your vital medical information, alerts your emergency contacts and provides a geo-location of where the Card was accessed.

EndlessID uses Near Field Communication (NFC) technology, the same used by contactless payment systems such as Apple Pay, to allow first responders the ability to access your critical medical information with a tap of their mobile device or Internet access. Upon accessing your profile, an alert in the form of a text, email and/or phone call, is sent to your pre-identified emergency contacts. The alert includes a geo-location in the form of a map it was accessed.

Profile set up is done via an app, in a 3 step activation process. Online profile can be changed and updated at any time and as often as you like, and can include a personal photo.

The medical Card is light and stylish. It features the Caduceus Symbol and Near Field Communication symbol on the front of the Card. Printed on the back of the Card is it’s unique id and pin number for web access. Its battery-free, water resistant, durable and safe to wear all day and night.
