It’s cute and when it works it works great. But the biggest problem is that it stopped working 2 days after I purchased it no matter how much troubleshooting we did.

I just purchased this. My advice is to look for a different humidifier. It is quiet and visually applealing, but the mist doesn't go very far into the air- hence there is condensation dripping on the side all over. I will be returning.

Worked fine for a few days then it started to leak at the base. I can’t find the box so I can’t return it. I put a towel around it when I do use it so water won’t leak everywhere. I enjoyed it when it did work fine but the water leaking is a huge issue

It is not silent. It drips and trickles so if it is in your bedroom, you’ll have to get up to go to the bathroom constantly. I moved it to the living room. It is okay there.

Inside of the unit is flaking a black substance. Less than 3 months it shouldn’t be doing this.

Barely runs 6 hours. When it did on one occasion, I woke up to a wet spot on the floor and everything on that said of the room also wet.

Leaks water, design flaw

Got this 2 weeks ago and have used it nightly. I loved it.... loved being the key word there. After 2 weeks of nightly use, it creates a high pitch consistent sqeak that keeps me up. On to find a new one that keeps quiet even after 2 weeks.

I love that this machine is quiet, however the mist goes straight up and then back down again, so it doesn’t really get pushed into the room. This makes it necessary to put towels around it so the furniture doesn’t get wet. Unless you’re sitting directly next to it, I don’t think it impacts the overall air moisture even in a small room.

Produces a really nice stream of mist and a white noise/water sound that I liked for nighttime. However, after only four uses, it made this awful loud noise that I refused to listen to all night. Will be returning ASAP.
