I like the design, however I've only been using it a couple of weeks now and some of the lids have already cracked/chipped.

We found this pill organiser less effective than our previous one which after constant usage at home and abroad became dysfunctional.The plastic is brittle and poor quality. The tower is cumbersome . The slide covers are ill fitting and difficult to manage. I question whether they will stand the test of time and wish we had purchased a pair that are substantial and easy to use.

Lids broke very soon after purchasing. Found a much more durable design alternative to replace this one.

The media could not be loaded. I like that there are four sections But am very disappointed in general. The little rubber piece (photo 3) is meant to wedge the trays in but it doesn't hold and if you tip it the trays falls out (video 1) annoying as only had it a month

It works and stores well. What I dont like that even with had washing. All the printing is coming off.

Honestly, this thing is so flimsy, it'll break in your hand! Never seen so little plastic being used to make a product that is supposed to last for years! They started breaking after 3-4 months. Now, they are all in a landfill some where...

Not what it says. It says two time, meaning am/pm to me, nope it’s a 4 times a day. Not what I wanted.

Despite what other reviewers said, this container is not large enough to fit multiple larger supplements like fish oil. Also, note that even though it is Amazon prime, it is not returnable. It is also a silly design. You are supposed to take the full container from the top and then turn it upside down so that you can put the empty one back in the bottom. It would make a lot more sense to do it the other way, but it is hard to get the container out of the bottom as there is no hole on the other side to push it out, like there is on the top.

Small and cant accommodate >3 pills in a coloumn
