Love this dispenser! It holds a number of pills and large vitamins. Each day “drawer” is approximately 4 inches x 1 inch. The pictures they show are incorrect. The wider base should be at the bottom, not the top. You will also need to remove the the compartments and flip them the other way around, as they are upside down in the package. If you do this, the trays slide out from the bottom and are replaced through the top without moving or lifting the tower. Purchased a second for my husband.
