I’ve had this machine for several years, and it works great for what I’m using it for. It works just as well now as when I bought it. I use it mostly on area rugs (not carpets). I have 2 cats, and I use it after vacuuming. It pulls up so much cat hair that the vacuum didn’t get (and I like my vacuum). There are some things you need to know: 1. You MUST clean the machine after each use or it will smell terrible. It’s not the worst process, and it only takes a few minutes, but if you don’t, be prepared for disaster. 2. If you’re using it with pet hair, the roller and suction area inside can get clogged with hair and you’ll need to remove it a few times during use to get the best suction. Again, it only takes a minute, but it’s something you’ll need to do. 3. I don’t really use it on hard wood or tile so I can’t really speak for those. 4. You’ll need to leave the rug to dry after use. It won’t be dry just from the machine. All things considered, I’m happy with this machine and I’d definitely by it again.

Definitely worth every penny. I love it, it’s suction is so strong and picks everything thats on ground. And for sure leaves my black floor super clean with no stain’s 🥰

I have this, it's amazing! I call it a power mop. It extracts the water and dirt. You will not believe the dirt it removes when you think your floors are clean. Super easy to use, even more super easy to clean after use, everything just rinses clean. I don't use the auto cleaner, there's just no need, it's just that easy to rinse! Your floors will never be cleaner! I wish I had bought one years ago. Worth every penny. I use it on tile, hard wood, and omg how it cleans my wool area rugs!! They look brand new! I can't recommend this highly enough!
