Leaves way too much residue. Otherwise, it's decent. If you want to use this wax protect all surfaces because it WILL drip everywhere eneivatably. You will also want multiple pairs of disposable gloves because it gets all over your hands, fingers, and even the bottom of your foot. I was still covered in wax after using the Gigi wax-off, baby oil, and scrubbing my skin in the shower.

It is very sticky. Doesn't come off easily. I am a regular wax user but this wax is the worse product I have ever used. I will never buy it again.

Should have sent it all back. This is the stickiest mess I have ever dealt with. When I opened the box and noticed how some of the wax had seeped out from under the lid amd could not get it off my hands I should have stopped right there, but after reading lots of reviews and tips I went ahead anyway. I only wax my upper lip. In the past I have used Sally Hansen's little wax warmer and had very good results. But when that ran out I started looking for replacement wax and could not find it, so ordered this wax, the warmer and the muslin roll. I used baby powder on my upper lip but still have sticky residue on my face and hands. I have used Vaseline, olive oil, hand lotion and Dawn dishwashing liquid and I can't get it off. At this point I guess I will have to wait for it to wear off. What a mess.

I tried to use this multiple times with absolutely no results. The only thing I got was skin removed and unwanted parts of my eyebrow along with it.

Item seems to have been damaged during shipping and wax was oozing into the envelope.
