This wax is definitely too much sticky... Can not use it. Bought the Brazilian Body Hard Wax and got 100% satisfied, but I just can not use this one. I even bought some wipes to remove the extra wax but it simply doesn't remove all the excess wax...

I am not very pleased with this wax. It is super sticky, and you think from the name that it's a type of sugar wax, but it does NOT wash off with water. You have to keep some kind of oil within reach. Secondly, be careful you remove all the wax in one go because I found if a bit stays sticking, you will rip off the first layer of skin with it. I used powder with the product, assuming that is what you're supposed to do because the instructions you get are for hard or soft wax, not honey wax. I used the soft wax recommendation. There are some pros: it's quite easy to use, it removes all of the hair more than 2mm long, and I hardly got any bumps or irritation (except where excess wax ripped my skin off).

Wax arrived leaked out of plastic

Product arrived defective. Lid was crushed causing wax to spill over edge and forced me to switch product another container. Wax is good but packaging needs work.

It is a lot of wax.you wont run out for whatever you're trying to do. What I don't like about it is that it doesn't remove all of the hairs but rather rips them off at the pore. I know how to wax I've been doing it for years. This product is the only one i've had this kind of problem with. It's really cheap but it's virtually ineffective.

I really thought is hard wax because the hard wax will cool and get hard really quick and I am able to pull it without getting my fingers really sticky . For this one I need a cloth , witch with hard wax I won't need that.

Terrible - works great by removing hair but you'll be taking everything with you because this stuff is too sticky! Even using GiGi's Wax Off or Baby Oil, it will still have a residue on your skin, wax warmer and wherever else the wax may be. It came with my student waxing kit but I'm definitely going to switch to the hard wax.

This is the worst wax I have ever used. I'm just saying. I have waxed before and never had issues with another name brand wax, so I love to wax. But not with this wax. It does not remove the hair well at all, and it does not wash off too well. Probably because they have another product they want us to buy to remove excess wax. Buy Nads Sangria wax. It's the best I have ever used and now I know, I'll never use another type.

The wax was not good. I don't like the product.

I prefer the hard wax over this. There is clearly a learning curve and I just never mastered it.
