This wax does remove the hair but OH MY GOSH, it is such a pain in the butt to remove off your skin! The "Wax Off" solution doesn't even work. It just makes the wax creamy-sticky instead of just sticky! Getting this crap off my nails is another issue for sure! If you want really GOOD wax, then It's all about the Persian Wax.. That product comes off with water! Seriously, I'm throwing out my Gigi wax after I post this!

My experience with this wax was awful. First off when I got the wax,the wax all gooped up on the lid, and I didn't think I was ever going to get the lid off so I could use it. I was told by a friend that this wax could be used without the strips, but I found out after I put several strips of wax on that it wasn't going to set, it remained sticky and nearly impossible to get off. I spent nearly two hours with a bottle of vegetable oil trying to get this junk off my skin I had previously purchased the hard body wax before this getting the all purpose honee and my experience with it was fabulous. I could wax anywhere and everywhere with it, with no problems, so I will be going back to it.

The wax came in tilted so it was all over me when I opened and too stick. I tried Everything I could to get away with stickiness but it didn’t go way until after hours. When I started using the wax on my face I burned my upper lips and forehead. It was on medium heat so this should have not happened. Think before you buy.

I'm on my husbands account first off so this is not a male lol. I bought the starter kit with this wax in it. I have used it three times now and it is a terrible disaster every time. First off, pictures show it being a brown color... mine is pink and so thick! It doesn't matter if I heat it for two hours, it is so thick the strips will not get the wax off and it barely takes my hair off. Secondly, it gets EVERYWHERE and it is such a hassle to clean up because even boiling water will not clean it up. It takes me at least an hour of scrubbing at clean up my mess. I wounderstand not wish this upon my enemy.

Horrible wax hard to take off swelled my skin super sticky and left a rash and scabs do not recomment buying this product!

This wax is soooo sticky and messy to work with! I can feel the stickiness through the muslin strips and then my fingers get sticky and prevents me from waxing or handling anything properly and without making a mess. Not worth the trouble!! Before this, I used the Brazilian Hard Wax which is MUCH easier to work with!

I bought this product from a local beauty shop along with the GiGi was warmer. It doesn't affix to the hair on my legs AT ALL. Tried different spots with varied amounts of hair... Just doesn't work for my skin and hair. I'll be ordering Starpil from now on.

We bought this product after reading the reviews and the instructions. I followed the instructions as written to make sure I did everything correctly since this was my first time using this specific item. After applying this product and applying the paper, I peeled the paper and yet the wax was not properly removed. Will never buy it again, very annoying.

This was is so bad! Even on the hottest setting, it hardly spread, wouldn't come off with the strips, wouldn't come off with the was off lotion from Gigi, still wouldn't come off in the shower while scrubbing!!! Only got about half of the hairs a s made a terrible sticky stringy mess ALL over my bathroom! If I could give it less stars I would

Very sticky. My hands were a sticky mess and the strips became a sticky mess as well. This DOES NOT COME OFF WITH WATER. I used hot water, but it just became mushy and gooey but did not wash off. I had to use a LOT of cream to get rid of this disaster of a wax from my hands. God forbid if this falls anywhere, it's not coming off. I was really scared I'd spill it on our carpet when bringing it back and forth from the microwave.
