This wax is affective and leaves the skin super smooth. I am giving it 2 star though because it gets hot really quickly and burnt my skin. I am using honey wax from nearly 10 years now and never got my skin burned. Used this wax for the first time, didn't feel it was that hot and my armpits got burnt. Use it very very carefully especially in sensitive areas. This never happened with me with some other himey wax though. But needless to say, this wax worked great on my legs and arms leaving them super duper smooth!

It works, but it's messy. I've used other soft waxes that weren't so messy. With this one after you strip off the wax there's still a residue. And you cannot restrip (by that I mean you can't reuse the piece you just stripped off that now has wax on it and a bit of hair to remove additional hair or the hair that did not come off). It melts at a fairly low temperature. A candle warmer ($4 at big box) works just fine to melt it. After waxing use baby oil to remove residue. However you'll probably find residue in different locations on your body for days. I never had this problem with other brands. Gigi's hard wax is much better in every way except it melts at a higher temperature and you can't use a candle warmer. That said, you need both a hard wax and soft wax for most jobs. Use a big sheet of butcher/craft paper under you and to protect surfaces. Store sealed can in a sealed plastic bag or container because if it tips over, even cold, you've got a mess.

This is really sticky and without the wax remover it NEVER would have come off my face! I would not recommend this wax. Using the GiGi wax warmer it takes at least an hour to completely melt to even try to use.

Sticky and hard to use. Residue doesn't come off with the Gigi lotion. Very difficult to remove residue. Got irritation on legs in some places after waxing, even though I just did half leg wax.

It's good but too sticky

its very sticky.. sticks to almost everything.. i used normal almond oil for removing resdue (which is a lot). it never gets off u. it will take long with the oil too to get off you. very messy. atleast sugaring wax is removed easily with water. water never works on this one.

very thin when warm. Not bonding enough

Ordered this item for the first time 8 oz in July,2014 and it worked, so ordered again 14 oz in Jan 2015. But this time quality was nowhere near the first one, poor quality wax, it didn't help to pull out any hair on applying.
